De Kamers
De Kamers is a prominent business club with several branches in Flanders. Initially we developed an easy-to-use member module with activities. After analyzing the association’s working methods we concluded that this club would benefit greatly from the digitization of its various processes, creating a more efficient system in order to be more cost and time effective.
Currently, the administration of over 500 members is efficiently managed by an automated digital system through Klubs, which was fully integrated in November 2017.
By comparison:
- Similar business clubs with comparable activities usually employ a minimum of 2 FTEs (full-time equivalents). This saves the association at least 75,000 euros per year!
